This article must be referring to the 'Ainsley hayes' from [[The West Wing (TV show)]].
I don't think that this fictional character is important enough to have an entry on Conservapedia, if developed it would be mostly pop culture gossip which is forbidden by the [[Conservapedia:Commandments]].
