Recently, a federal judge has ordered the release of these terrorists by claiming enemy combatants deserve the right 'not' to be held indefinitely. Championed by the liberal [[ACLU]] and other human rights groups, these terrorists are to be released inyo [[America]]. They will not be sent back to China for fear of persecution, even though China has demanded their return.
