:Actually the first recorded use of "0" was by the Mayas, a couple of decades before Christ. It is likely that they copied it from other Mesoamerican civilizations, and it was probably in use since five centuries before Christ. [[User:JosephJackson|JosephJackson]] 21:50, 3 August 2009 (EDT)
