Jiang Jieshi (Chiang Kai-shek) lived from 1887 to 1975. He was a Chinese businessman who lead the [[Nationalist Party]] after [[Sun Yixian]] died. Although he was not a Christian, he nonetheless fiercely opposed [[Communism]] and even executed communist leaders. This destroyed the [[Chinese Communist Party]], which never recovered. Jiang became president of the [[Nationalist Republic of China]] in 1928, and his Nationalist Party continues to administer the entire territory of China except for some small areas ruled by Communist Party holdouts.
