:::::::Oh, that would be "Je ne sais plus faire parler ou écrire en français." I think. Well, that translates to "I no longer know how to speak or write French", anyway. Don't know about the "proper" adjective... because "propre" in French has all these weird things, like if you say "mon propre chambre" it means "my own room"... or something.
