1. How is conservatism defined?  Who defines it?  Do you count social conservatives, fiscal conservatives, or must one be both?  Do conservative Democrats count as well?

What are the non-subjective factors for determining prominence?  The page for example says, "The criterion would presumably be the best and longest lasting influence."  Okay...  but how is that determined?  Do you find estimates for audiences reached?  And if so, what objective 3rd party group will be used for those estimates?  Do you find some sort of point rating system for conservatism?  And if so, whose system should be used, and why?
