Under the pseudonym Frank Morison, Ross wrote ‘Who moved the stone?’ an analysis of texts surrounding the events regarding the crucifixion of Jesus of Nazerath.
Ross claimed to be a skeptic regarding the resurrection of Jesus, and set out to analyse the sources so as to demonstrate the apparent myth. In compiling his notes, he came to be convicted of the truth of the myth. There is some criticism of Ross’ work in the book.
