*As a Democrat who was actually saddened to see McCain lose the Republican Ticket in 2000 to You-Know-Who, I ''wanted'' to have debates as to whether to vote for Obama or McCain. If he had picked Mike Huckabee over Palin, and dropped the crappy radio commercials, I would have seriously considered voting for McCain. Unfortunately, he let Rove manipulate him into giving the VP ticket to Palin, which really caused a revulsion in several neutral voters. --[[User:TomRobinson|TomRobinson]] 13:52, 7 June 2010 (EDT)
