The Urim and Thummim were objects used by the [[Israelites]] to reveal the will of [[God]]. Most historical accounts indicate they were gemstones attached to the vestments of the High Priest of the Israelites.<ref>http://www.gotquestions.org/urim-thummim.html</ref>. The precise nature of the objects is unknown, but most Biblical scholars believe they were gemstones or jewels.<ref>http://www.crystalinks.com/urim.html</ref>
