There is a large amount of evidence that socialism can lead to mental health problems, or vice-versa. The best known example is David Agnew, a young socialist who went insane in 1966 during a secret socialist party meeting. He had displayed symptoms of what we now know as Parkinson's. ''He had not displayed these symptoms before joining the socialist party''. From this, we know that there must be a connection between socialism and mental instability.
