Could someone format the book I mention? and if possible wikilink some of the stuff like cholera or typhus. I'm a noob and don't know how to do it. Help very much appreciated.

Miasmas were for a long time equalled to stench. Thus sewers, but also peasants and common workers, who could not afford to bathe regularly were associated with diseases.
