We need to be careful about attributing anti-Harry Potter sentiment to James Dobson. It is a favorite tactic of anti-religious people to portray Christians as "throwing out the baby with the bathwater".
I remember when Harry Potter came out, there were scads of articles '''claiming''' that the "religious right" had condemned the books on the grounds that there was magic in it. I tried in vain for a long time to find even one nationally known religious leader who made such a condemnation.
Now, maybe my research has been superficial, but if someone like [[James Dobson]] or [[Chuck Colson]] is on record as condemning Harry Potter, I'd like us to put it in this encyclopedia, with a link so people can confirm the source and see the context.
