::::The article says that there are no reliable testimonies of various Bible characters being fat. Well, no, not specifically. But see Luke 7:34 - Jesus himself was accused of being a glutton, because he enjoyed his food, and he didn't deny it. He preferred to say that it doesn't matter whether you choose to eat heartily, like him, or meanly, like John the Baptist. "Wisdom is proved right by all her children."
