A line keeps being added to the article claiming that belief that Africa is a single country is a "common misconception". Not only is this unverified at best (more like blatantly false) it is a clear reference to the Palin event and seems to only serve the purpose of making CP come across as an extremist blog which will defend a conservative to the grave. Based on this, I have strong reason to believe it has been added by a parodist, and have removed it. NormanS 18:33, 7 November 2008 (EST)

:He admitted that the only person he knows of that has made this "misconception" is Sarah Palin, so it's a pretty obvious attempt to defame her. It doesn't help that other mentions of this have been completely removed from talk pages for being gossip. HelpJazz 11:55, 8 November 2008 (EST)

History of Africa???
Can someone add a little bit about the history of Africa? The way it's written, it makes it seem as if Africa didn't exist before White people colonized it. I'm not an expert, but even I know of the Songhai, Swahili, and Nubian civilizations. Even the Egyptian kingdoms were centered in Northern Africa.  If Conservapedia doesn't have at least a good section on pre-colonial African History, what does this say about this site?
