Line 9: Line 9:

While the channel started off with just a video from Savage and another person, within two weeks more than 200 videos were submitted to the project and soon after the project reached YouTube's video limit of 640 submissions. Due to the increasing submissions an website was launched to host more videos. The site continues to accept submissions.<ref>http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2010/10/07/MNVJ1FP6E1.DTL

The It Gets Better Project is currently a national embarrassment. In 2012, [[Homosexual activist]] Dan Savage was supposed to deliver an anti-bullying message to [[high school]] students. However, 100 of the students walked out on his speech as he shouts vulgarities about the [[Bible]] and mocks [[Christian]]s. <ref>http://radio.foxnews.com/toddstarnes/top-stories/anti-bullying-speaker-curses-mocks-christian-teens.html</ref> It has reported that Savage engaged in verbal bullying as well. <ref>http://radio.foxnews.com/toddstarnes/top-stories/anti-bullying-speaker-curses-mocks-christian-teens.html</ref>
