Would it also be appropriate to add that in civil lawsuits, unlike criminal prosecutions, that there is no jail time for losing a case but instead rewards are usually monetary in nature? You would have more knowledge than I do if there are exceptions to this statement. Learn together 12:22, 11 August 2007 (EDT)
