I am a new editor, so I am unsure as to how this would be accomplished through the wiki software, but "laidoff" is what happens to someone. Conversely, a "layoff" is the process by which a company acts on its employees. Accordingly, this article is titled incorrectly. Thanks. WilliamWB 17:01, 17 October 2012 (EDT)
