There are no discussions on this page.
They call themselves "pro-choice" but this is misleading because liberals don't generally support abortion alternatives such as giving up the baby for adoption, or efforts to locate the father and have the couple marry.
One reason for this is that marriage frequently disqualifies the mother from receiving welfare benefits, and liberals are (secretly?) usually in favor of prolonging welfare dependency. --Ed Poor Talk 16:51, 20 March 2010 (EDT)--
