Voter literacy

Voter literacy is increasingly altering the outcome of elections in the United States, as Democrats exploit ballot harvesting and other techniques for filling in the ballots of people who cannot read.

Georgia and Arizona, where election fraud schemes such as dropbox Dems making large last-minute dumps of filled-in ballots, have among the highest number of illiterate residents:

• Georgia illiteracy: 23.6%, ranked 42nd in literacy in the U.S.
• Arizona illiteracy: 23.4%, ranked 41st in literacy in the U.S.
