Heidi Heitkamp

Mary Kathryn "Heidi" Heitkamp (b. October 30, 1955) is the junior United States Senator from North Dakota. She was elected on November 6, 2012, to replace retiring Senator Kent Conrad.
Prior to her election to the Senate, Heitkamp was Attorney General of North Dakota.
