Lois Capps (b. January 10, 1938) is the United States Representative for the 24th congressional district of California. She is a member of the Democratic Party. From 2003 to 2013, she represented California's 23rd district, and from March 10, 1998, to January 3, 2003, she represented the 22nd district.
