Cyprus

Cyprus is an island nation in the Eastern Mediterranean. Its capital is Nicosia. The southern part of the island is controlled by the Republic of Cyprus, which is recognized by the majority of the world. The northern part is controlled by Turks, and is known as the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. However, only Turkey officially recognizes this.
