Autism

Autism is a mental disorder characterized by inability to interact socially, linguistic disability, intense, narrow interests, and repetitive behaviors. It is usually detected by the time a child is four years old but some people have forms of autism that are so mild that they go unnoticed into adulthood. Autism appears to be on the rise and psychologists claim that approximately 1 out of 166 people has autism today.
