This article should be at "Columbine massacre". Human 20:00, 17 April 2007 (EDT)

I'm fine (obviously) with "Columbine High School massacre". Thank you. Human 20:25, 17 April 2007 (EDT)
I thought "Columbine massacre" may be a bit too ambiguous, since Columbines are also flowers. I wouldn't want someone to come and mistake this for "the flower massacre". --Hojimachongtalk 20:29, 17 April 2007 (EDT)

I would prefer Columbine school shooting. I tried moving Wikipedia's parallel article there as well. --Ed Poor 13:27, 18 April 2007 (EDT)

Anti-religious?

Where in the sources does it say that the shooters where anti-religious or targetting specially christians? cant find any mention about that. Timppeli 20:10, 17 April 2007 (EDT)

It's common knowledge, but I'll go find a source to add authenticity. --Hojimachongtalk 20:11, 17 April 2007 (EDT)
Yeah, I do seem to remember they asked one girl if she was a Christian before shooting her. ColinRtalk 20:12, 17 April 2007 (EDT)
That was Cassie Bernall. Sorry, I didn't see the Christianity part; that's a myth, they just wanted body count. --Hojimachongtalk 20:14, 17 April 2007 (EDT)
You sure? I remember reading in Newsweek about one killer asking a girl if she was a Christian before shooting her in the head. ColinRtalk 20:44, 17 April 2007 (EDT)
It's in the 2nd citation in the article.--Stereophile 21:09, 17 April 2007 (EDT)

Edits Needed

Three edits are needed in order to improve this article. First off, the article indicates that "The killers were anti-religion, anti-establishment, antisocial, and anti-sports." While some or all of this statement may or may not be true, the cited article(s) don't indicate that any part of the statement is true, and in the sidebar even shows that neither was as outcast from their peers as much as portrayed in most renditions of the events. It goes to say that "They were not captains of the football team, but they were far more accepted than many of their schoolmates. They hung out with a tight circle of close friends and partied regularly on the weekend with a wider crowd." I think that this should either be removed or a source that properly and verifiably indicates the statement in question is correct.

Also, a large part of their plot was not only that they would gun down students, but also set off a series pipe bombs in and around the school, despite the failure of all the bombs to detonate. It is imperative that this segment is also added to the story, as it is a major part of the events of the columbine massacre. Included with this I believe it would be appropriate in the article to delve into more detail on the backround of the attack such as the past of both boys as well as the planning that was involved in them pulling it off.--Stereophile 21:09, 17 April 2007 (EDT)
