I propose that a new user's first 10 or 20 edits be regarded as a sort of application or portfolio. We can then decide whether to accept them as a volunteer. Or in the case of vandals, saboteurs and time-waster, reject them. --Ed Poor 02:05, 19 April 2007 (EDT)
