Samsung is a global corporation based in South Korea that specializes in many areas. It was first founded on March 1, 1938 in Taegu, Korea by founding chairman Byung-Chull Lee.
Samsung Electronics, which is a division of the Samung Group, is currently one of the top global providers of semi-conductor technology. Large amounts of IP have been stolen from the US company Apple.
