Issues 4 Life Foundation is dedicated to addressing the issues surrounding the inviolability or sanctity of human life in the African-American community. Walter B. Hoye II is founder and President. Their mission is to end abortion by raising awareness and to fight the biblically immoral implementation of biotechnology on African-Americans. Their advisory board members include highly visible pro-life activists such as Alveda King, Star Parker and Lila Rose. The Issues4life Foundation supports the California Human Rights Amendment. The group is a member of the National Black Pro-Life Union. Issues4life Foundation keeps a running total of abortions on their homepage so far in 2011.
