Field spaniel

A Field Spaniel is a breed of dog originally descended from the English Cocker Spaniel. Field Spaniels are rare, especially in America, but are known for their calm disposition and friendly nature. Field Spaniels are bird dogs, members of the sporting group that were originally used to retrieve ducks and similar fowl after a hunter shot them.
