Neil Patrick Harris

Neil Patrick Harris is an American television actor.[1] He played "Doogie Howser, M.D." in the show of the same name, and currently plays "Barney" in the television show How I Met Your Mother. Barney is a lustful womanizer; ironically Mr. Harris is openly homosexual and lives with his male partner.
