Right of privacy

Right of privacy is a euphimism for individual behavior lacking any necessary moral restraint. This legal fiction was invented by pro-LGBTI liberal justice Blackmun who dredged it up while speaking for the dissent in Hardwick just as he had done in Roe v. Wade for abortion.[1]
