Their firm operates a website which combines social networking features with customizable web listings that allow local merchants to attract new customers. For consumers, MerchantsCircle offers customer reviews so consumers can see other customers' experiences with a merchant so they can avoid firms which sell inferior products and/or deliver poor service.
