Arthur Peacocke (1924-2006) was a highly respected scholar, first as a Chemist then as a Theologian. He published a dozen or so books and over 200 papers. Major theological works include Science and the Christian Experiment (1973) and Evolution the Disguised Friend of Faith? (2004).[1]
