Elizabeth Morgan Act

Elizabeth Morgan Act was an act of Congress passed in order to allow Elizabeth Morgan to return to the USA in the Elizabeth Morgan case and not have to share custody of her daughter with the daughter's father.
The father challenged the Act and it was overturned as a Bill of Attainder. The challenge took seven years and by that time the daughter was an adult and the ruling, while made, was moot.
