Ropen

According to the nonfiction cryptozoology book Searching for Ropens and Finding God (fourth edition), the ropen is "A modern pterosaur with Rhamphorhynchoid characteristics." Not yet officially acknowledged in Western biology, the name of this cryptid comes from the Kovai language on Umboi Island in Papua New Guinea.
