Andorra la Vella (Andorra the Old) is the small capital of the coprincipality of Andorra, and is located near the confluence of the Valira and the Valira del Norte rivers in the narrow Gran Valira valley, in the Pyrenees mountain range. Situated at 1,023 metres (3,356 ft), it is the highest capital city in Europe.[1]
