Jaina. On the coast of the sate of Campeche, Mexico, to about 32 km. from the city of Campeche, is the island of Jaina. This island was a Mayan cemetery and has more than 1,000 tombs. In local museums are exhibited found figures of ceramics in the pots where the Mayans buried to their deads.
