Secret society

A secret society is "a club or organization whose activities and inner functioning are concealed from non-members. The society may or may not attempt to conceal its existence."[1]
Claiming to work for a secret society on the internet is a common tactic used to conceal the fact that one is the only one campaigning a specific topic.
