I wonder could President George Bush suffer from Invincible Ignorance? 50something.

Yes indeed! I mean, "scarcity of evidence, or inadequate talent, or the difficulty of the subject matter." It could hardly be a more perfect description. 50something.
- Perhaps liberals hope to claim invincible ignorance on judgment day. "No one told me it was against the rules to do (blank). Or if they did, they didn't explain it to me well enough. It's not my fault."
