Timing of eating sugars

This is a good article. What it does not point out, however, is that when your teeth come into contact with sugar, thirty minutes of damage begins, so it is therefore better to have your sugary foods at one sitting than at several times throughout the day, as several times throughout the day will mean that the thirty minutes of damage will happen several times.
