Lee Doren is a conservative political commentator and thought leader. He was active in Washington, D.C. from 2009 until 2014. His policy profession started at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, a free market think tank, and afterwards Doren started working at CRAFT / Media/Digital, a media and public relations consulting firm.

HowTheWorldWorks

During Doren's time in Washington, he ran a popular YouTube channel called "HowTheWorldWorks." His YouTube channel was known for factual critiques of Annie Leonard's The Story of Stuff and his work was featured on Fox News, CNN and in several classrooms around the country. In 2013, Google invited Doren to interview Barack Obama in a Google+ hangout where Doren's questions prompted a major public debate on drone killing overseas.

Education

He graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Communications, and he received his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
