Sea anenomes are invertebrate animals that live in the ocean. They look kind of like upside down jellyfish. They have sharp stinging tentacles arranged on their faces, and stalks like tree trunks down below. Anenomes comes in many different colors, such as red and green, and they often live on coral reefs.

Clownfish have a symbiontical relationship with sea anenomes, which means that the anenomes live off of food dropped by the clownfish, and in exchange protect the clownfish from predators like sharks. This kind of relationship is very similar to the way people keep dogs as pets, but it is unique in the animal kingdom.
