A leveraged buyout is a merger - that is, acquisition of a corporation - Brothers of Italy is a conservative political party in Italy. It has become a moderately-sized party allied with Lega Nord. Its leader is Giorgia Meloni.[1]

through accruing a large amount of debt or loans, then used to pay for the purchase.  Often, property of the purchasing and target corporation are used as collateral for the purchase loan.  Leveraged buyouts are high risk, but increasingly popular in the marketplace.
