California wildfires

California wildfires in recent decades (1990-2020) are apparently worse than ever, and have been blamed variously on global warming and on illogical environmental policies.

- 'blamed the wildfires on "years" of poor forest management in California'[1] and said
- "California wildfires are being magnified & made so much worse by the bad environmental laws which arenât allowing massive amount of readily available water to be properly utilized. It is being diverted into the Pacific Ocean. Must also tree clear to stop fire spreading!"[2]
- Forbes Magazine reported:
