Divine is an adjective referring to something that is or relates to a God. This word is usually used not in a religious context but rather as an expression (i.e. "This food is simply divine," or "She looked divine.") This is sometimes seen as using the name of the lord in vain such as saying "holy (noun)" as an exclamation, but both cases are usually dismissed ass very minor.
