An Advanced Leader Bronze (ALB) has achieved the Competent Leader award. The member has achieved the Competent Communicator or Competent Toastmaster award. The member has served at least six months as a club officer and participated in the preparation of a Club Success Plan while serving in this office. The ALB has also attended a district-sponsored club officer training program. The ALB has also conducted any two programs from The Successful Club Series and/or The Leadership Excellence Series.
