Donald Milford Payne Jr. (born December 17, 1958) is an American politician from Democrat party who has been the U.S. representative for New Jersey's 10th congressional district since 2012. Donald Payne Jr. elected in 2012 in the name of his father. He is far left who support Medicare for all and abortion in all cases.
