Chuck Norris does not believe in a vast atheist conspiracy. Moreover, no one is trying, at a national level, to "outlaw" Christianity.

You are incorrect. I refer you to the two articles linked in the footnotes written by Mr. Norris ("How to outlaw Christianity" part 1 and parts 2 & 3) in which he lays out his case for both an Atheist conspiracy to take over our civilization and to outlaw Christianity though legislation and other more devious means.
