Frank Rudolph Wolf (born January 30, 1939 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) currently serves as the Republican U.S. Representative from Virginia's 10th congressional district, having been first elected in 1980. He is chairman of the Subcommittee on Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies.
