Black IQ scores show a 10 or 15 point gap

The Bell Curve is a 1994 book by Richard J. Herrnstein and Charles Murray exploring the relationship between race and intelligence in America.[1] The book aroused controversy and a highly critical examination of its sources because of its premise that African Americans suffer from a significant and unchangeable deficit in IQ scores when compared to white Americans.
