Qingdao

Qingdao is a port city in eastern Shandong Province, China. Qingdao was made famous by the Tsingtao Brewery, started by Germans in 1903. Among the attractions in Qingdao are its many bathing beaches, May Fourth Square, Qingdao Underwater World, Qingdao Beer Museum, Zhongshan Park, Huadong Winery, and nearby Laoshan mountain.

Qingdao will host the sailing regatta for the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
